Shipping policy
Orders to SK1-5 & SK7-8 postcodes are delivered free of charge.
Orders to other postcodes are shipped using third party delivery services. A signature is required for receipt of your order.
Delivery costs start at £3.20 for small accessories and £6.49 for a single bottle and larger accessories. Delivery is priced to be as competitive as possible — we do not profit from delivery charges.
Costs are as follows:
- 1 bottle: £6.49
- 2 - 3 bottles: £9.99
- 4 - 6 bottles: £19.99
- 7 - 12 bottles: £21.99
These charges apply to the UK Mainland excluding:
- Alderney, Herm & Sark
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands (Aberdeen, Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Inverness, Highlands, Outer Hebrides and Orkney & Shetland postcodes, for example)
Please contact us in advance if you require delivery to any of the above so that we may find the best value shipping option for you. We do not control how third party delivery services classify locations that require additional surcharges, and this is subject to change.
Orders will normally be delivered three business days after being placed, but may take up to five business days or longer in exceptional circumstances. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Thursday will normally be delivered from the following Monday.
Please contact us if you require a quote for next day delivery, as costs vary depending on whether Saturday delivery is required.
Delivery agents are instructed to only deliver items to persons aged 18 or over. Our delivery agents will attempt delivery three times and will leave a card each time; if they are unable to deliver the item it will be taken to their nearest depot, where the recipient becomes responsible for collection.
Once goods have been delivered to you they are held at your own risk; we are not liable for any damage, loss or destruction after that point.
