Purchasing Alcohol

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us via our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You must ensure that the details you provide on ordering, or at any time, are correct and complete.

Where you are not the intended recipient of the order, you confirm that the recipient is aged over 18. Delivery may be refused if it is suspected that the recipient is under 18.

Prices and Descriptions

All bottles are 75cl unless stated otherwise. Prices listed are per bottle unless otherwise stated.

We do our very best to ensure that the products we list are readily available, and every care has been taken to ensure the details listed are correct. If an ordered item becomes unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the situation. If a product is subject to a vintage change, we will automatically send the next available vintage of the same wine.

Orders

Once an order has been placed we will send you an email acknowledging your order. Please check the details of your order carefully and let us know as soon as possible if there are any mistakes.

Gifts

If you would like to send an item as a gift, please ensure the correct delivery address is entered on the order. If you would like to include a personalised gift message, simply add this using the gift message option at checkout, or email us your request immediately after placing your order.

Payment

Ownership of the merchandise does not pass to you until we have received cleared payment for the goods. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us.

Our website may link to third party websites which may be of interest to you. We are not legally responsible for them, as they are outside our reasonable control. You use such third party sites at your own risk.

All customer details are stored securely and we do not pass on any details to third parties, save for delivery purposes. By providing your details through our website, you consent to Charles Rose Wines maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give us to process your orders, improve our service to you, and inform you of promotions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally we will email you information about new products, promotions, special offers and other wine-related information. You may opt out at any time using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing us to request removal.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
